We are a newly incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to capitalize on the ability of our management and board to identify and acquire a business with a disruptive business model that may provide opportunities for attractive risk-adjusted returns in the financial technology or services, technology, digital asset or consumer sectors. We believe that our management team is well positioned to identify attractive risk-adjusted returns in the marketplace and that their contacts and transaction sources, ranging from industry executives, private owners, private equity funds, and investment bankers will enable us to pursue an attractive set of opportunities. Our management team believes that its ability to identify and implement value creation initiatives will remain central to its differentiated acquisition strategy.
